The weekend of 17th/18th September saw an informal get together of Kleefstra families in Bournemouth, UK.  The weekend provided a great opportunity meet, catch up with and learn from Ks friends old and new and for us to celebrate Kleefstra Syndrome Awareness Day together!

Those who attended enjoyed a picnic on the beach with use of an accessible beach hut (at Boscombe beach), followed by time for a family Q&A/info sharing session mid-late afternoon at a local church hall. Sunday 18th involved a trip to a local theme park (Adventure Wonderland) with some animals, rides and big indoor soft play.
